* WHAT...Northwest winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 70 mph. * WHERE...Newcastle, Northern Campbell, Southern Campbell, Western Crook, and Weston County Plains. * WHEN...Until 9 PM MDT this evening. * IMPACTS...The high winds may damage roofs, small outbuildings, and signs. Power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Strong winds can cause blowing dust, reduced visibility, and flying debris.
