* WHAT...Southwest winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 65 mph expected. * WHERE...Kittitas Valley and Simcoe Highlands. * WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 11 AM PDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Patchy blowing dust may reduce visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Highest winds expected over higher elevations and wind-proned areas, including Highway 97 in the Simcoe Highlands and along Interstate 90 east of Ellensburg. The primary window of strongest winds is expected 8 pm to 2 am.
Instruction: 
People are urged to secure loose objects that could be blown around or damaged by the wind. Watch for falling debris and tree limbs. Use caution if you must drive.
