* WHAT...West winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 46 mph.
* WHERE...Forest, Jefferson PA, Higher Elevations of Westmoreland,
Higher Elevations of Indiana, and Indiana Counties.
* WHEN...Until midnight EDT tonight.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.
