Description:
* WHAT...West winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 60 mph.
* WHERE...Clearfield, Elk, McKean, and Warren Counties.
* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Up to a 3 inches of snow is possible in the
higher elevations of Warren and McKean Counties.
Instruction:
Do not touch downed lines and report any power outages to your
electric company. Travel is highly discouraged due to slick roadways
and the possibility of downed trees and power lines.
