* WHAT...Southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected. * WHERE...Foothills of the Blue Mountains of Oregon and Washington, Lower Columbia Basin of Oregon and Washington, and North Central Oregon. * WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 11 AM PDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Patchy blowing dust may reduce visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Highest winds expected in the Hanford area, and over higher elevations and exposed ridges. The primary window of strongest winds is expected 8 pm to 2 am.
Instruction: 
People are urged to secure loose objects that could be blown around or damaged by the wind. Watch for falling debris and tree limbs. Use caution if you must drive.
