* WHAT...Northwest winds around 40 mph with gusts up to 70 mph
possible.
* WHERE...Western North Dakota.
* WHEN...From 10 AM CDT /9 AM MDT/ to 10 PM CDT /9 PM MDT/ Thursday.
* IMPACTS...The high winds may damage roofs, small outbuildings and
signs. Tree branches may be broken and lead to power outages.
Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Significantly reduced visibilities are
possible wherever strong winds combine with areas of falling snow.
