Description:
* WHAT...Southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 60 mph.
* WHERE...Franklin, Western Clinton, and Western Essex Counties in
New York.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM EDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...After a brief lull in winds this afternoon,
another period of strong winds is expected between 2 AM and 10 AM
Tuesday.
Instruction:
Watch for falling debris and tree limbs. Use caution if you must
drive.
People are urged to secure loose objects that could be blown around
or damaged by the wind.
