* WHAT...West winds 35 to 55 mph, with gusts up to 80 mph expected. Winds gust over 95 mph along the immediate eastern slopes of the Rocky Mountain Front. * WHERE...The Rocky Mountain Front and adjacent foothills and plains, and Eastern Glacier, Western Toole, and Central Pondera Counties. * WHEN...Until 3 PM MDT this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds may blow down trees and power lines. Power outages are possible. Travel could be very difficult to dangerous, especially for high profile or light weight vehicles. Blowing dust or snow could significantly reduce visibility at times. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Peak wind speeds are likely between 3 AM and 9 AM Thursday.
