* WHAT...For the High Wind Warning, northwest winds 30 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph. For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 29 below zero expected. * WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Iowa, northeast Nebraska, and southeast South Dakota. * WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, until 1 AM CDT Monday. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 1 AM to 11 AM CDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down tree branches. Scattered power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
