Strongest winds occurring between 8 PM to 5 AM. * WHERE...Grand Coulee, Ritzville, Harrington, Wilbur, Alpowa Summit, Spokane Valley, Plummer, Mountain Road, Mansfield, La Crosse, Colfax, Peola, Pomeroy, Post Falls, Badger Mountain Road, Moses Lake, Moscow, Coeur d'Alene, Anatone, Uniontown, Othello, Worley, Airway Heights, Cheney, Ephrata, Odessa, Quincy, Pullman, Clarkston, Downtown Spokane, Fairfield, Coulee City, Tekoa, Hayden, Rosalia, Genesee, Waterville, Cloverland Road, Davenport, Rockford, Oakesdale, Creston, and Potlatch. * WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 11 AM PDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected.
