Description:
* WHAT...For the first Heat Advisory, hot temperatures up to 101
degrees expected. For the second Heat Advisory, hot temperatures
up to 102 degrees expected.
* WHERE...Palo Duro Canyon State Park.
* WHEN...For the first Heat Advisory, until 7 PM CDT this evening.
For the second Heat Advisory, from 1 PM to 8 PM CDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures may cause heat illnesses.
Instruction:
Drink plenty of fluids. Take extra precautions when outside. Wear
lightweight and loose fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous
activities to early morning or evening. Take action when you see
symptoms of heat exhaustion and heat stroke.
