...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR ALL HAWAIIAN ISLANDS...
* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...All Hawaiian Islands.
* WHEN...Through Friday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Significant flooding may occur due to excessive rainfall
and overflow of streams and drainages. Roads in several areas may
be closed, along with property damage in urban or low lying spots
due to runoff. Landslides may also occur in areas with steep
terrain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Strengthening low pressure west of the islands will draw deep
tropical moisture northward across the state, bringing the
potential for heavy rain and thunderstorms capable of
producing flash flooding.
Instruction:
You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.
