Description: 
At 616 PM HST, radar indicated most of the heavy rainfall over Oahu has diminished. The heaviest rain was falling at a rate of 0.5 to 1 inches per hour. Expect continued flood threats with high water levels in local streams and some roadways remain closed due to ongoing flooding impacts to low water crossing on area roadways. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Flooding in drainages, streams, rivers, roads, properties, and other low-lying areas. Public road closures possible in some areas. Landslides are possible in steep terrain. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Wahiawa, Schofield Barracks, Wheeler Field, Mililani, Waialua, Haleiwa, Hauula, Laie, Punaluu, Waianae, Kahuku, Waikane, Nanakuli, Waiahole, Kaaawa, Kahaluu, Ahuimanu, Helemano Housing, Whitmore Village and Waimea Valley.
Instruction: 
Stay away from streams, rivers, drainage ditches, and culverts, even if they are currently dry.
