* WHAT...Dangerous rip currents and sea level fluctuations along beaches harbors and in the coastal waters. * WHERE... all reefs of the Marianas. * WHEN...Until 2 PM ChST this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Rip currents can sweep even the best swimmers away from shore into deeper water. Stay out of the water and way from the beaches. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...An earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 7.8 occurred near Mindanao, Philippines at 938 AM ChST. Waves less than 0.3 meters are possible. These will cause sea level fluctuations and dangerous rip currents. Listen to latest information from government officials.
