* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Guam, Rota, Saipan and Tinian. * WHEN...Through late tonight. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Typhoon Sinlaku is starting to move away from Tinian and Saipan to the northwest. rain bands south of Sinlaku will continue to bring periods of heavy rain across the islands. - Based on microwave satellite estimates and model guidance, additional rainfall of 10 to 18 inches is possible for Tinian and Saipan. For Guam and Rota, 5 to 10 inches of additional rainfall is possible over the next 24 hours. - Http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
