* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Guam, Rota, Saipan and Tinian. * WHEN...Through Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - - Super Typhoon Sinlaku is expected to approach the Marianas over the next 12 to 36 hours, crossing near or over Tinian and Saipan Tuesday night.
