* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Guam, Rota, Saipan and Tinian.
* WHEN...From 6 PM ChST this evening through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Typhoon Sinlaku is expected to approach the Marianas, and
could drop as much as 20 inches of rain between Monday and
Wednesday.
