At 1138 PM EDT, a line of strong thunderstorms was along a line extending from Brasstown Bald to near Clermont, and moving north at 5 mph. HAZARD...Heavy rain. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Heavy rain may cause temporary street flooding especially in poor drainage areas. Locations impacted include... Dahlonega, Cleveland, Helen, Unicoi State Park, Whitley Gap Shelter, Robertstown, Blue Mountain Shelter, Low Gap Shelter, Camp Coleman Lake, Auraria, Anna Ruby Falls, Garland, Smithgall Woods Conservation Are, Porter Springs, Turners Corner, Nimblewill, Sautee, Gooch Mountain Shelter, and Qualatchee Lake.
Instruction: 
Motorists should slow down and be prepared for possible loss of control due to hydroplaning.
