The National Weather Service in Greenville-Spartanburg has issued a Red Flag Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from noon today to 8 PM EDT this evening. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect. * AFFECTED AREA...Rabun, Habersham, Stephens, Franklin, Hart and Elbert. * TIMING...From noon today to 8 PM EDT this evening. * WINDS...Northwest 5 to 10 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. * HUMIDITY...Minimum relative humidity of 20 to 30 percent. * FUEL MOISTURE...Likely falling to 8 percent or lower. * IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
