* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Jenkins County in southeastern Georgia... Screven County in southeastern Georgia... * WHEN...Until 1030 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1013 AM EDT, A cluster of heavy rain showers could produce another inch of rain across portions of the advisory area. Automated gages and Doppler radar indicate some locations have already received 3 to 4 inches. Minor roadway flooding is possible. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Millen, Sylvania, Butts, Hiltonia, Rocky Ford, Woodcliff, Hilltonia, Scarboro, Altman and Millhaven.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
