* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Jenkins County in southeastern Georgia... Screven County in southeastern Georgia... * WHEN...Until 1030 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 825 AM EDT, A cluster of showers producing torrential rainfall continues across the advisory area. 1 to 3 inches have already fallen, likely resulting in minor road flooding. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Millen, Sylvania, Butts, Hiltonia, Rocky Ford, Woodcliff, Hilltonia, Scarboro, Altman and Millhaven.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
