Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 833 PM EDT, Doppler radar moderate to heavy rain slowly ending across Tybee Island. As much as 3 to 5 inches of rain have fallen over parts of the Island this evening. The risk for minor flooding of low-lying and poor drainage areas continues. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Tybee Island.
