* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Bulloch County in southeastern Georgia... Candler County in southeastern Georgia... Effingham County in southeastern Georgia... * WHEN...Until 715 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 519 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms with torrential rainfall extending from just north of Brooklet to the Statesboro Airport to near Portal. As much as 1 to 2 inches of rain has fallen so far and an additional 1 to 3 inches could fall through 715 PM, resulting in minor flooding of low-lying and poor drainage areas. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Statesboro, Brooklet, Portal, Pulaski, Register, Georgia Southern, Hopeulikit, Leefield, Stilson and Statesboro Mall.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
