* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Jenkins County in southeastern Georgia... * WHEN...Until 645 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 447 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms with torrential rainfall extending from Herndon to Emmalane, Butts and Scarboro. These storms were nearly stationary. As much as 1 to 3 inches of rain has fallen so far and an additional 1 to 3 inches could fall through 645 PM, resulting in minor flooding of low-lying and poor drainage areas. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Millen, Butts, Emmalane, Scarboro, Herndon, Four Points, Lincoln State Park, Thrift, Jenkins County Hospital and Rogers.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
