Gusts 20 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 14 percent. * TEMPERATURES...Up to 81. * IMPACTS...Existing or newly ignited wildfires may exhibit erratic fire behavior, spread rapidly and become difficult to contain or suppress.
