The National Weather Service in Greenville-Spartanburg has issued a Fire Weather Watch for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from Sunday afternoon through Sunday evening. * AFFECTED AREA...Rabun and Habersham Counties in northeast Georgia. * TIMING...From noon to 8 PM EDT Sunday. * WINDS...North 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. * HUMIDITY...20 to 25 percent. * FUEL MOISTURE...Likely falling below 8 percent, possibly as low as 6 percent in the warmest part of the afternoon. * IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
