27. For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 31
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of central, north central, northeast, and
northern Maryland, central, northern, northwest, and western
Virginia, and the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia.
* WHEN...For the Freeze Warning, until 9 AM EDT this morning. For
the Freeze Watch, from late tonight through Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
