* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as the upper 20s in the
valleys and in the low to mid 30s elsewhere are expected for
Saturday night into Sunday morning.
* WHERE...Portions of east central, northeast, south central, and
southeast Kentucky.
* WHEN...From Midnight to 10 AM EDT Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
