Description: 
* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, south winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected. Winds will shift to the northwest during the evening and continue gusting between 30 and 40 mph. For the first Freeze Watch, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 26 possible. For the second Freeze Watch, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 18 possible. * WHERE...Portions of East Arkansas, North Mississippi, Southeast Missouri, and West Tennessee. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 8 AM Sunday to 7 AM CDT Monday. For the first Freeze Watch, from late Sunday night through Monday morning. For the second Freeze Watch, from Monday evening through Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
