Description:
* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with
gusts up to 45 mph expected. For the first Freeze Watch,
sub-freezing temperatures as low as 15 possible. For the second
Freeze Watch, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 14 possible.
* WHERE...Portions of East Arkansas, North Mississippi, Southeast
Missouri, and West Tennessee.
* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 8 AM Sunday to 7 AM CDT Monday.
For the first Freeze Watch, from late Sunday night through Monday
morning. For the second Freeze Watch, from Monday evening through
Tuesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive
vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
Instruction:
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
