Florida, and south central and southwest Georgia.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Prolonged warm antecedent conditions could
make this late-season freeze more impactful to early blooming
plants than normal.
