Description:
At 555 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Playalinda
Beach, moving east at 20 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated. A US Space Force wind sensor reported a
wind gust to 58 mph at 550 PM.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Playalinda Beach and Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge.
