Description:
Local observations have shown patchy to areas of fog developing
from Lake City eastward to Jacksonville and southward to Palatka
and Gainesville where visibility has fallen to around a mile.
Areas of fog, locally dense with visibility below a mile at times
will persist through sunrise.
