* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of Panhandle Florida, including the following county, Jackson. * WHEN...Until 1000 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 756 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Marianna, Cottondale, Grand Ridge, Greenwood, Alford, Marianna Municipal A/P, Chipola Terrace, Blue Spring, Star, Kynesville, Cottondale Airport, Steele City, Cypress, Jacobs and Jacob City. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
