Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of Panhandle Florida, including the following
counties, Bay and Washington.
* WHEN...Until 915 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is
imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 611 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area.

Panama City, Lynn Haven, Panama City Beach, Springfield,
Hiland Park, Tyndall Air Force Base, Ebro, West Bay, Bid-a-
Wee, Bahama Beach, Edgewater Gulf Beach, West Panama City,
Gulf Resort Beach, Gulf Lagoon Beach, Vicksburg, Laird,
Southport, Magnolia Beach, Biltmore Beach and Seminole Hills.

Instruction:
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National
Weather Service when you can do so safely.
