* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of northeast Florida, including the following county, Duval. * WHEN...Until 100 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1105 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in Riverside and Downtown Jacksonville due to thunderstorms. Overflowing poor drainage areas have already caused minor flooding in Riverside and Downtown Jacksonville. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Riverside and Downtown Jacksonville have experienced the highest impacts due to flooding, including multiple road closures. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
