Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Florida, including
the following counties, in central Florida, Polk. In west central
Florida, Hillsborough and Pasco.
* WHEN...Until 845 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 729 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain
have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected
over the area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Zephyrhills, Dade City, St. Leo, Zephyrhills North,
Zephyrhills South, Zephyrhills West, Richland, Zephyrhills
Municipal Airport, Crystal Springs, Dade City North, Saint
Leo and Kathleen.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
