In northeast Oklahoma, Okmulgee. * WHEN...Until 9 AM CDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Widespread showers and thunderstorms will move slowly southward across eastern Oklahoma late tonight through early Saturday morning.
