areas, Broome, Chemung, Chenango, Cortland, Delaware, Madison,
Onondaga, Otsego, Schuyler, Seneca, Southern Cayuga, Steuben,
Tioga, Tompkins and Yates.
* WHEN...From 8 AM EDT Tuesday through Wednesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
