* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Mild temperatures over the past few days has allowed snow on
the ground to ripen and melt. In addition, there have been
periods of moderate to heavy rain. The combination of runoff
from snow melt and rainfall will continue to result in rising
rivers that will likely cause ice to break up and move,
potentially resulting in ice jams and associated flooding.
