* WHAT...The risk for flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues overnight. * WHERE...Portions of northern Indiana, northwest Ohio and southwest Michigan. * WHEN...Until 6 AM EDT /5 AM CDT/ early this morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms with rainfall rates up to 1 to 2 inches per hour will be possible overnight.
