* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of east central Florida, including the following counties, Volusia, Brevard, Indian River, Martin, and Saint Lucie. * WHEN...Through this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Slow-moving bands of rain will continue to be possible today. Additional rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are forecast with localized totals to around 5 inches which may lead to isolated instances of flash flooding. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
