For the Lower Wolf River...including Shiocton, New London, Lake Poygan...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Oconto River above Oconto. * WHEN...Until this evening. * IMPACTS...At 9.0 feet, flood waters begin to spread into a public campground in the City of Oconto.
