Wisconsin River At Portage affecting Columbia County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Baraboo River at Reedsburg. * WHEN...Until Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 14.5 feet, There is general inundation of lowland in the Reedsburg area. The walking path in Webb Park and Smith Conservancy is covered with water. The Public Works yard is under 6 to 12 inches of water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 14.6 feet. - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 9:00 PM CDT Monday was 14.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.7 feet just after midnight tonight.
