Baraboo River Near Baraboo affecting Columbia and Sauk Counties. Fox River Lower Near New Munster affecting Kenosha and Lake Counties. Wisconsin River At Portage affecting Columbia County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Baraboo River at Rock Springs. * WHEN...From this afternoon to Wednesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Floodwaters are about 1 foot deep in the baseball diamond in Fireman's Park along Highway DD. Water is over portions of Highway DD in Rock Springs. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 15.5 feet. - Bankfull stage is 13.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this afternoon to a crest of 20.3 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
