...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Wisconsin...
Kickapoo River at Soldiers Grove affecting Crawford County.
Kickapoo River at Gays Mills affecting Crawford County.
Kickapoo River at Readstown affecting Vernon County.
Kickapoo River at Viola affecting Vernon and Richland Counties.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Kickapoo River at Gays Mills.
* WHEN...Until early Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Moderate flooding is possible in and
around Gays Mills.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- There is no current observed data.
- Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise to 14.3 feet Wednesday
morning. It will then fall below flood stage Thursday
afternoon to 9.6 feet early Saturday afternoon. It will rise
to 9.8 feet Sunday, April 12. It will then fall again and
remain below flood stage.
- Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
14.5 feet on 07/10/2000.
