...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Wisconsin...
Wolf River near Shiocton affecting Shawano, Waupaca and Outagamie
Counties.
For the Lower Wolf River...including Shiocton, New London, New London
- Test, Lake Poygan...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
This approaches the flood of record.
* WHERE...Wolf River near Shiocton.
* WHEN...Until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 12.5 feet, There is widespread lowland flooding. Water
is surrounding structures along the river near Island and Mill
Streets.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 11.7 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 9.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 7:30 AM CDT Sunday was 11.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.6 feet
early Wednesday morning.
- Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 12.6
feet on 04/02/2004.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars
through flooded areas.
