increased in duration for the following rivers in Wisconsin...
Kickapoo River at Viola affecting Vernon and Richland Counties.
* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and is forecast.
* WHERE...Kickapoo River at Viola.
* WHEN...Until early Tuesday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Water is flowing over Highway 56 east of
Viola.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 16.4 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 16.8
feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage
early Tuesday morning.
- Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
17.3 feet on 08/14/2010.
