Baraboo River Near Baraboo affecting Columbia and Sauk Counties. Fox River Lower Near New Munster affecting Lake and Kenosha Counties. Root River Canal At Raymond affecting Racine County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Root River Canal at Raymond. * WHEN...Until late tomorrow morning. * IMPACTS...At 9.0 feet, Water floods Koerber Park on 6 Mile Road.
