For the Yellow River...including Babcock...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Yellow River at Babcock. * WHEN...Until Sunday evening. * IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Widespread flooding is occurring in wooded lowland and agricultural areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 13.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 8:00 PM CDT Saturday was 13.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.4 feet just after midnight tonight.
